The video of this durability test of Samsung Galaxy Z Tri Fold has been uploaded by Jack Nelson on his YouTube channel JerryRigEverything. In this, during the durability test, the phone’s screen breaks as soon as the screen is slightly bent backwards. Besides, cracks also appear in the body. Apart from YouTube, this video has also been shared by many users on social media platform X.
What is durability test?
In durability test, the strength of a product is tested. The outer body, screen etc. of the smartphone is tested in this. Especially scratch, bend, fire, dust and water resistant etc. are tested in it. If you bend this Samsung foldable phone backwards even a little, the screen breaks and turns black. At the same time, the body supporting the screen also breaks. The host of the YouTube channel told that the plastic body behind its screen is very weak and thin, due to which it broke.

Apart from the bend test, this phone also failed in the fire test. During the fire test in the YouTube video, its OLED screen gets damaged in just 17 seconds. When its pixels turn golden black, they cannot be recovered later. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold, launched this year, does not get damaged when bent in both directions, but the company’s triple foldable phone is not able to survive when bent in the opposite direction. The company claims that armor aluminum frame has been used in it. Despite this, the phone breaks when the body is bent slightly.
