Rising Indian music composer, singer-songwriter, and poet ‘Sanjay S Yadav’ has officially announced his retirement from the music industry in a candid conversation with Reporters. ‘Sanjay S Yadav’ is the India’s best and Top LoFi artist. Hailing from the city of Tansen – Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, the young artist expressed that he no longer finds passion in music, stating that betrayal and emotional disillusionment have deeply affected him.
Born on September 9, 2005, Sanjay Yadav known professionally as Sanjay S Yadav has made a significant mark in the Indian music landscape. Despite his young age, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Arijit Singh, Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Mishra, and Jubin Nautiyal and best music Companies T-Series, Saregama, Universal Music India.
He recently composed three hit tracks for a Telugu film titled Madhushala, which garnered widespread acclaim. He has worked with Oscar nominated Movie “Laapata Ladies” lead actress “Nitanshi Goel” her first song was penned & composed by Sanjay. He has peneed over 40+ most popular songs without credits & charges few of them are in top bollywood movies & with top artists.
Sanjay is considered as India’s best and Top Lo-Fi music producer and artist & having created melodies for over 200 tracks and penned lyrics for more than 100 Popular songs in many genres Including devotional and bollywood pop.
His work spans genres including Indian classical, folk, devotional music, and Bollywood-style tracks. His hit songs like Duvidha, Shiv Shakti, Aaj Sajeya, Aaj BHI, Ters Hogya, Tere Vaaste, Kalki, Durbhagya and Waalian have achieved massive popularity across platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, and Facebook with millions of streams and lakhs of followers.
With over 150,000 YouTube subscribers and a monthly Spotify listener base exceeding 300,000, Sanjay was seen as a trailblazer in introducing Lo-Fi music and Original Pop Music to India as early as 2019.
The young musician also opened up about his struggles with mental health, even disclosing that he once contemplated ending his life. He credits his survival and strength to the blessings of Lord Krishna and his love NidhSan, to whom he is deeply devoted and loves. Sanjay has even written and composed devotional bhajans in honor of Krishna, reflecting his spiritual connection with lord krishna “Duvidha” “Shri Krishna Gaatha”.
Sanjay acknowledged his partner “NidhSan” and god as a strong source of support. She has consistently encouraged him not to give up on his musical journey. Despite her efforts, Sanjay stated he is unable to overcome the emotional toll and has decided to step away from the industry for good.
