Xiaomi has launched its strongest phone till date. This ultra phone of Xiaomi 17 series is equipped with many powerful features including 200MP periscope camera, 6800mAh battery. This phone of the Chinese company will give tough competition to phones like OnePlus 15, iQOO 15. This is an upgrade of the company’s Xiaomi 15 Ultra, which will see a big upgrade in its camera, processor and battery. This phone has currently been introduced in the Chinese market. It can be introduced in the global market including India early next year.
Features of Xiaomi 17 Ultra
This ultra phone of Xiaomi is equipped with 6.9 inch LTPO AMOLED display. The resolution of the phone’s display is 1.5K pixels and it supports 120Hz refresh rate. The peak brightness of this phone is up to 1060 nits. In this the company has used Shield Glass 3. This phone works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with which it is provided with 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra works on HyperOS 3 based on the latest Android 16. It supports more than 51 4G/5G bands. This phone comes with dual 5G SIM card. It will have a triple camera setup in its back, which has a 50MP main camera, which has a 1-inch sensor. Apart from this, the phone will have a 200MP periscope camera. At the same time, a third ultra-wide camera of 50MP will also be available in the phone. It has a 50MP OmniVision sensor for selfie and video calling.
This phone of Xiaomi comes with a powerful battery of 6,800mAh. With this, 90W wired and 50W wireless charging is supported. This phone is IP68 rated and has features like WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC for connectivity.

How much is the price?
This ultra phone of Xiaomi comes in three storage options – 12GB RAM + 512GB, 16GB RAM + 512GB and 16GB RAM + 1TB. It has been launched in China at a starting price of CNY 6999 i.e. approximately Rs 89,500. Its price has been kept higher than iPhone 17. At the same time, the price of its other two variants is CNY 7499 (approximately Rs 95,800) and CNY 8499 (Rs 1,08,600) respectively. It will be made available for sale from December 27.
