Amazon Alexa Search in 2025: Every year crores of things are searched on Amazon’s voice assistant Alexa and every year Amazon shares their information. Amazon has shared the information about what Indian users asked Alexa the most in 2025. According to this, this year saw a huge increase in inquiries related to K-pop stars like BTS, Jennie and Blackpink. Indian users also often wanted to know about celebrities like Virat Kohli, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Shahrukh Khan. Artists like Arijit Singh, Pritam, Shreya Ghoshal, Bruno Mars and Rose topped the list of most requested artists on Alexa and Amazon Music in 2025.
The tech giant says that Indian users also used Alexa for updates on general knowledge and political personalities. In the field of podcasts, the most requested channels this year include Khooni Monday’s ‘The Horror Show’ and ‘The Desi Crime Podcast’.
Know Alexa’s search list of 2025
The e-commerce giant has revealed what has been searched the most in India this year. This shows what English, Hindi and Hinglish users want to know the most. K-pop artists BTS, Jennie and Blackpink have been the most searched global music artists on this platform. Apart from this, international artists like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Michael Jackson also topped this list. Among Indians, Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar and Shankar Mahadevan have topped the list of most searched artists in India.

Daily song APT. and Bruno Mars were among the most requested songs on Alexa and Alexa Music. Ad Shireen’s Sapphire, Sanju Rathod and G-SPXRK’s Shaky, Saiyyara and Aditya Rikhari’s song Sahiba were among the most requested songs on Alexa.
Crime and horror dominate popular podcast requests
Amazon says popular podcast requests included Khooni Monday’s ‘The Horror Show’, ‘The Desi Crime Podcast’, ‘The Ranveer Show’, ‘Finshots Daily’, Raj Shyamani’s ‘Figuring Out’ and ‘Mahabharat Ki Kahaniyaan’.
These celebrities remained in top search
Apart from this, Indians kept Alexa busy answering various questions related to celebrities like the net worth, relationships and height of Virat Kohli, Shah Rukh Khan, Ad Shirin, Sund Pichai, Cristiano Ronaldo and Amitabh Bachchan. Apart from this, questions related to the assets of Elon Musk, Mukesh Ambani, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jeff Bezos and Gautam Adani also occupied Lexa’s search list.
Apart from this, Amazon said that users often ask questions about political leaders, population and geography. “Alexa, who is the Prime Minister of India?” and “Alexa, who is the President of the United States?” Such questions were commonly heard.
