The way to make good tea is to first keep water in the pan. If you are making 2 cups of tea, then add about one and a half cups of water and when the water boils, add tea leaves in it. Since you are making 2 cups of tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in it. Now add crushed or grated ginger to the tea. When the tea leaves and ginger boil well in water and about 1 cup remains, then add milk in it. Now increase the gas flame and let the tea boil. Now add sugar as per your choice and boil the tea for 2-3 more minutes. The color of the tea will be absolutely brilliant. You will get the taste of everything in this tea. The taste of leaves and ginger will come and the color will be amazing.

People make this mistake while making tea

Most of the people make a big mistake while making tea that they put both tea and sugar in water together. Mix both the things before the water starts boiling. Due to this, both the color and taste of tea are not good. Some people add milk, water, tea and sugar together and keep them to boil. But this is not the right way to make tea. Everything has its time to boil. Many times, if you make tea by putting all the ingredients together, the tea gets curdled as soon as ginger is added. Adding ginger to milk curdles the milk and all the hard work goes waste.
