Jaggery tea, rich in medicinal properties, can have many positive effects on health. First of all, let us get information about the ingredients used to make jaggery tea. To make jaggery tea, you will need one big cup of water, 2 big cups of boiled milk, 2 big spoons of tea leaves, one inch piece of ginger, jaggery as per taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder and half teaspoon green cardamom powder. Let us know about the very easy way to make Jaggery Tea.

First step- First of all, add water to the pan and heat it. Now add cardamom powder and black pepper powder in hot water.

Second step- After this, grate the ginger and put it in the pan. Let this water boil thoroughly.

Third step- Once the water boils, reduce the flame and add tea leaves to it.

Fourth step- Let this mixture cook on low flame so that the color of the tea leaves gets absorbed properly.

Fifth step- Now it’s time to add jaggery. Add jaggery to this mixture and let it cook until the jaggery melts.

Sixth step- When the jaggery melts and the tea comes to a boil, then you have to add boiled milk to it.

Seventh step- For your information, let us tell you that after adding milk, jaggery tea should not be cooked too much, otherwise the tea may curdle and all your hard work may get spoiled.

Eighth step- Therefore, keep in mind that the milk should be hot. Now let it boil on medium flame and then turn off the gas.
