Soak the gram before going to bed at night. To make sprouted gram, it is necessary to soak gram for about 6-7 hours. Now you have to keep the soaked gram tied in cotton cloth for 2 days. After this, you have to mix all things well by extracting germinated gram, finely chopped tomatoes, onions, green chillies, coriander, ginger and cheese in a bowl. Finally, add black salt or chaat masala and lemon juice to this mixture.
