Many people’s mouth starts watering after hearing the name of Rasgulla. People often buy sweets from the market on Diwali, but if the sweets are adulterated, your health may deteriorate. Therefore, this time on Diwali you should make sweets at home. Today we will tell you about a very easy recipe of Rasgulla. To make Rasgulla, you will need one kilogram of milk, one lemon and 500 grams of sugar.

First step- First of all, boil milk in a pan. After the milk boils, let it cool a little.

Second step- After this, take equal quantity of lemon juice and water in a bowl. You have to let the milk cool down by about 20%.

Third step- You have to mix the solution of lemon and water in the milk while stirring it. After curdling the milk, filter it in a cotton cloth and wash the chhena thoroughly with cold water and then tie it in a cloth and squeeze out the water.

Fourth step- Take out chhena in a bowl and mash it. Make small round shaped rasgullas from this smooth mixture. Now you have to boil sugar and 4 cups of water in the cooker until all the sugar dissolves.

Fifth step- Put all the rasgullas in this prepared syrup and close the lid of the cooker and let it whistle for one whistle and then reduce the flame and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

Sixth step- When the pressure in the cooker is released, take out the rasgullas in a bowl. Now pour syrup over them and let them cool.

You can keep these rasgullas in the refrigerator. Everyone from children to adults will like the taste of cold Rasgullas.
