How to fry peanuts without oil
First method- For this you have to take raw peeled peanuts. Now take a pan and put some salt in it. If you make cakes at home or dry fry some things then you will already have salt, use it. When the salt becomes a little hot, add peanuts to it and fry them while stirring on medium flame. The taste of peanuts roasted in this way is slightly salty. Roasting peanuts by adding salt helps in uniform roasting. When they cool down, store them in a glass jar. You can enjoy roasted peanuts whenever you want.
Second way- Second method: If you do not have salt or you want to roast peanuts without salt, then put peanuts in a heavy bottom pan. Now fry it on medium flame while stirring continuously. To roast peanuts, you will not need even a single drop of oil or ghee and you can easily roast peanuts. By eating roasted peanuts in this way, weight loss will also become easier.
Third method-Peanuts can also be easily roasted in the microwave. For this, take a microwave vessel like a glass bowl and put peanuts in it and microwave it for 2 minutes. Now mix the peanuts and microwave again for 1 minute. Check one peanut after it cools down. If the peanuts are roasted from inside then you can use them for food.
