Today we will tell you how to make coconut chutney in South Indian style. Believe me, everyone, from children to adults, is going to like the taste of coconut chutney rich in nutrients.

Ingredients for making chutney- To make coconut chutney, you will need one coconut, 2-3 green chillies, 20-25 curry leaves, one tablespoon green coriander, one teaspoon cumin, one teaspoon lemon juice, one teaspoon putani (roasted gram porridge), salt and water. To add tempering to coconut chutney, you will need one and a half tablespoon oil, one teaspoon mustard and 6-8 curry leaves.

How to make coconut chutney- First of all, peel the coconut thoroughly and crack it. Now cut the coconut into small and thin pieces. After this, take out coconut pieces, curry leaves, green coriander, green chillies, putani, lemon juice, cumin and salt in the mixer. You have to grind all these things coarsely by adding a little water. Take out this chutney in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it and then mix this tempering in the chutney.
