Mumbai: Bombay HC on Tuesday gave time to the state prosecutor to take instructions on details of other family members of actor Shilpa Shetty over her plea to fly abroad for a business trip. Shetty and husband Raj Kundra had sought quashing of a lookout notice in an alleged Rs 60-crore fraud case. Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad posted the matter for Oct 16 after Shetty’s lawyer said she wanted to travel with one of her kids for a shoot and had given an affidavit on that. When the lawyer said only Shetty and not the main accused, Kundra, would be travelling, the CJ quipped she may then become an approver first. TNN
