The project involves widening the Hogenakkal-Pennagaram-Dharmapuri-Thirupathur Road (SH-60) from two lanes to four lanes, with a contract value of ₹25.99 crore, inclusive of GST. The contract is awarded by a domestic entity and includes a performance security clause. The project is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.
RPP Infra Projects has confirmed that neither the promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

In September this year, RPP Infra Projects Ltd had won a new order worth ₹134.21 crore from the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) for road improvement works in Raigad district.
The project involves upgrading the Matheran–Neral–Kalamb road (SH-109) and the Lobhyanchiwadi–Sugve–Pimpaloli–Neral road (MDR-104), spanning nearly 31 km in Karjat taluka. According to the company’s filing, the order is to be executed within 12 months.
Shares of RPP Infra Projects Ltd ended at ₹107.50, down by ₹0.95, or 0.88%, on the BSE.
