Redmi has launched its new smartwatch in the Chinese market. This smartwatch comes with 24 days of battery backup. This is an upgrade to the Redmi Watch 5 launched by the company last year. The company has given AMOLED display in this watch, which supports peak brightness up to 2000 nits. Also, this Redmi smartwatch will have 5ATM support. Because of this, this smartwatch will not get damaged even if immersed in water.
Price of Redmi Watch 6
This smartwatch of Redmi has been launched at a price of CNY 599 i.e. approximately Rs 7,400. This watch has been introduced in three color options – Bluemoon Silver, Elegant Black and Misty Blue. Its pre-booking has started and it will soon be made available for sale in the Chinese market. Apart from this, this smartwatch can soon be introduced in other global markets including India. However, no official information regarding this has been shared by the company.
Features of Redmi Watch 6
This smartwatch has a 2.07 inch AMOLED display, which comes with 2.5D curved glass protection. The resolution of the display of this smartwatch is 432 x 512 pixels. Also, it is equipped with 2mm ultra narrow edge bezel and up to 2000 nits peak brightness. The display of this Redmi smartwatch supports 60Hz refresh rate. Apart from this, Always On Display feature is also provided in it.
Redmi Watch 6 company works on Xiaomi Surge OS 3, in which Super Island user interface is available. This watch can be easily connected to your smartphone. Besides, it also has support for car control and multiple apps. The company has given more than 150 sports modes in this budget smartwatch.
Talking about health features, it is equipped with optical heart rate sensor, which can monitor heart rate in real time. Apart from this, features like blood oxygen (SpO2) level, sleep monitoring and stress tracking have been provided in this watch. Apart from this, many more sensors have been provided in it. For connectivity, it has features like Bluetooth 5.4, NFC. It comes with 5ATM water proof rating. Bluetooth calling, dual button interaction are also provided in it. This watch has a 550mAh battery.
