First step- First of all, remove the peel from the raw papaya or grate it. Or you can cut it like a pumpkin and cook it in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles. To enhance the taste of paratha, mix salt, crushed red chilli, finely chopped green chilli and green coriander in the flour. Add 2 spoons of oil and mix everything well and knead the dough.
