Lobia Sprouts Chaat Recipe
First step- To make this, soak 1 cup cowpea in water overnight. If you wish, consume it after sprouting or you can make chaat of soaked cowpea and eat it overnight.
Second Step-Now use half cucumber or finely chopped cucumber in summer to add to Lobia. Take half onion finely chopped, fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 big tomato finely chopped, half cup soaked peanuts (optional), 2 finely chopped green chillies, lemon juice, black salt as per taste, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
Third step- Boil the cowpea for 1 whistle or you can also use just soaked cowpea. Lightly boiled cowpea tastes better in chaat. Cowpea and peanuts can be boiled together. Now add all the finely chopped vegetables to the sprouts. You can also add finely chopped pieces of cheese to it.
fourth Step-Now add black salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice and mix cowpea and peanuts well. Garnish the chaat with finely chopped green coriander and eat it. You will find this chaat so tasty that you will enjoy eating it. To make sprouts more nutritious, you can also add boiled and chopped potatoes or eggs to it.
