Eating in winter season has its own pleasure. What can I say when it comes to aloo puri! The flavourful, puffed and crispy Aloo Puri is so tasty that many times people eat it without vegetables or raita. Often people like to eat Aloo Puri for breakfast or dinner. But sometimes the potatoes are not cooked completely. While making puri, its potato comes out due to which people remain troubled and then do not make it quickly. If you also have the same problem, then today we will tell you how you will be able to make crispy aloo puri in minutes. Let us know today how to make crispy potato puri.

Ingredients of Aloo Puri:

Wheat flour – 1 cup, 1 cup semolina, 1 cup hot water, 2 boiled potatoes, coriander powder – 1 teaspoon, red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, cumin – 1 teaspoon, carom seeds – 1/4 teaspoon, oil – for frying puris, green coriander – (finely chopped), salt – as per taste.

Method to make Aloo Puri:

  • To make Aloo Puri, first of all mix 1 cup of semolina in 1 cup of hot water and mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

  • Now add 2 mashed boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, cumin – 1 teaspoon, carom seeds – 1/4 teaspoon, salt as per taste in this mixture.

  • After that add 1 cup wheat flour to it and knead it well. Now make a ball of flour and make it into small puri shapes and filter it in oil.

  • Your masala aloo puri is ready. Now enjoy it with potatoes and vegetables.
