Rice Flour and Radish Puris
In winter, we feel like eating hot and fried foods. If you want to eat something tasty and healthy for breakfast, then you can make puris without flour and maida. Yes, you can prepare delicious puris by mixing rice and radish. Eat these puris for breakfast or make them for lunch and dinner, everyone will go crazy over your recipe. The special thing is that making rice puris is very easy. You can prepare this tasty breakfast with the help of just a few things.
Recipe for making rice flour puris
First step- Take a medium sized radish, peel it and grate it. If radish leaves are fresh then they can be finely chopped and used sparingly. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1 cup grated radish to it. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then add 1 cup of water. Add salt, nigella seeds, celery, finely chopped coriander and then add rice flour to it. Rub the rice flour with hands to make a fine dough. Take the dough and apply light rice flour and roll it into a round shape.
Second step- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice puris until they turn golden. Puris have to be fried on medium flame. Crispy and melt-in-the-mouth puris will be ready. You can eat them with chutney, tomato sauce or just with tea. You must try this recipe once in winter.
Third step- Take 1 spoon mustard oil in a pan and cut 2 tomatoes into 4 pieces and keep them in the pan. Add 6-7 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon red chilli and let it cook for a while. Cook the tomatoes by covering them with a lid. Now remove the peel and when it cools down, mash the tomatoes, garlic and red chillies with the help of a masher. Add finely chopped onion, green coriander, green chilli, 2 teaspoons grated radish, salt and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Chutney to be eaten with radish puris is ready.
