It is advisable to consume turmeric, which is rich in medicinal properties, in winter. Turmeric can prove effective in improving your overall health. Let us know about the very easy way to make turmeric curry. To make turmeric curry, you will need 250 grams turmeric, 250 grams curd, 200 grams ghee, 2 big onions, 2 big tomatoes, 10 cashew nuts, one teaspoon cumin, one teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon coriander, 2 teaspoons red chili and half cup peas.

How to make turmeric curry- First of all, wash the turmeric thoroughly and then peel it. Now you have to grate turmeric. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin and grated turmeric to it. Cook this mixture on low flame for 10-20 minutes. Now grate onion and tomato and mix them in this mixture. Cover the pan with lid for about 5 minutes so that the vegetables get cooked.

Will be ready in half an hour- Now you can also add peas and cashew nuts to turmeric curry. Let this vegetable cook for about 4-5 minutes. After this, beat the curd and mix all the spices in it well. Now mix this curd mixture with roasted turmeric. Now you have to cook the turmeric vegetable until the ghee starts separating from the vegetable i.e. keep stirring the vegetable for about 4-5 minutes.
