Ingredients for Garlic Fenugreek
One bunch fenugreek, two teaspoons ghee, two teaspoons oil, a pinch of asafoetida, one teaspoon cumin, 3 onions, 3 tomatoes, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder, half teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon cumin powder, two teaspoons peanuts, one teaspoon white sesame, one teaspoon roasted gram dal, one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 15 garlic cloves.
How to make Garlic Fenugreek?

Step 1: To make Garlic Fenugreek, first take a bunch of fenugreek and wash it thoroughly in water. Keep in mind that the soil stuck to fenugreek should be completely removed. Wash fenugreek and chop it finely.

Step 2: Now, pour oil in a pan and add 8 to 10 garlic cloves and fry till they turn brown. When the garlic turns red, add fenugreek to it and cover and cook on low flame.

Third Step: Now in the next step, roast two spoons of peanuts, one spoon of white sesame seeds, one spoon of roasted chana dal well in a pan. After roasting, put it in a mixer jar and grind it very finely.

Step 4: Take three onions and three tomatoes and chop them finely. Now put oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it. When cumin starts crackling, add onion and fry. When the onion turns brown, add one teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder and mix well. After that add one chopped tomato and mash it well.

Step 5: When the tomatoes are mashed, add peanut and gram paste to it and mix well. When it mixes well, add fenugreek prepared vegetable to it and mix well. Your garlic and fenugreek curry is ready.
