Chutney made from bottle gourd peels- If you want to make bottle gourd peel chutney for two people, then you will need one cup washed and chopped bottle gourd peels, 2 green chillies, one inch piece of ginger, 4-6 garlic cloves, half teaspoon cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, salt, one spoon lemon juice, 2-4 spoons finely chopped coriander and one spoon oil.

The recipe is very easy- Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add cumin and asafoetida in hot oil and fry both these things. After this, you have to add chopped bottle gourd peels, green chillies, ginger and garlic in this pan and fry for about 4 minutes. When the gourd peels become a little soft, you can turn off the gas. Let this mixture cool for a while. You have to put this roasted mixture in the mixer.

Along with nutrition, taste also- Finally, you have to add salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in this mixer and grind everything well. The chutney made from your bottle gourd peels is ready to serve. You can serve this spicy chutney rich in nutrients with roti, paratha, dal and rice.
