Semolina pudding recipe

First step- First of all, take a semolina according to yourself. We are going to make 250 grams of semolina pudding here. Clean the semolina and clean it. Now you have to take sugar equal to semolina. You can measure both things with a bowl. Making semolina pudding in desi ghee gives a different taste and fragrance. Take about 200 grams of desi ghee to make pudding. You can also reduce the amount of ghee.

Second step- Now put semolina in the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes while walking on low flame. Now add more than half of ghee to the semolina and fry for 2-3 minutes. The color of semolina should become light golden. On the other hand, put three times the sugar and semolina water in a pan on the gas and make syrup. You only have to cook it till it dissolves in sugar water and add powdered cardamom powder at this time.

Third step- Put half the prepared syrup in the roasted semolina and stir the semolina mixing it. Mix the remaining sugar syrup in semolina and reduce the flame of the gas. Now till the semolina swells, you have to cook the pudding while stirring in between. When the pudding becomes thick, turn off the gas. You can keep the pudding thick or thin according to your own.

If you like saffron, then add a little soaked saffron while making sugar syrup. Lo ji is ready, it is very tasty semolina pudding, you can serve it by adding favorite nuts. Children will like this pudding the most.
