Spinach Soup

For your information, let us tell you that to make spinach soup, you will need 2 cups of washed and chopped spinach, one small finely chopped onion, 4 chopped garlic cloves, one small piece of grated ginger, one small chopped tomato, one spoon of oil, salt, half spoon of black pepper powder, one spoon of lemon and 2 cups of water.
Spinach Soup- First of all, add water to the pan and heat it. Now put spinach leaves in hot water and boil for about 2-4 minutes. Now take out cold water in a bowl and then put the spinach leaves in this bowl. After this you have to put the cooled spinach leaves in the mixer. You have to grind spinach leaves well.
Very easy recipe- Now heat oil in a pan. In this pan, fry garlic, ginger and onion until light golden. Finally add tomatoes to this mixture and cook for about 2-4 minutes. Now you have to add spinach puree and water to this mixture. Don’t forget to add salt and black pepper powder to enhance the taste of the soup. You have to boil the spinach soup on medium flame for about 5-8 minutes.
Healthy and tasty soup- When the spinach soup is cooked well, you can turn off the gas. Add lemon juice to hot spinach soup and serve.
