Ginger and chilli pickle

How to make pickle- First of all you have to peel the ginger. Now cut the ginger lengthwise into thin slices. After this you have to wash the green chillies thoroughly and then make an incision from the middle. If you want, you can also cut green chillies into rounds. Now take out ginger and green chillies in a big bowl.
Follow this procedure- Add salt, turmeric and mustard powder in the bowl with ginger and green chillies and mix everything well. You have to let this mixture rest for about 10 to 15 minutes so that both ginger and green chillies become a little soft. After this, take out lemon juice, celery and mustard oil in the same bowl.
Taste buds will open- Take out a clean and dry glass jar. You have to fill this pickle in a jar. Show this jar to sunlight for a day. Your ginger and green chilli pickle is ready to serve.
