If coriander chutney is served with food, then the taste of the food increases manifold. But have you ever tasted coriander pickle? Today we will tell you about a very easy way to make coriander pickle. To make coriander pickle, you will need 250 grams of green coriander, 8 garlic cloves, 4 green chillies, 2 spoons of lemon juice, half cup of mustard oil, salt, half spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of red chilli powder, half spoon of celery, half spoon of fenugreek seeds and one spoon of mustard.

First step- To make coriander pickle, wash green coriander thoroughly and then after drying it, chop it finely.

Second step- After this you have to grind garlic cloves and green chillies coarsely. Now heat mustard oil in a pan.

Third step- When smoke starts coming out from the oil, then you have to let it cool for some time and then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and celery to this oil and fry them lightly.

Fourth step- After this, you have to mix turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt well in this mixture.

Fifth step- Finally, add finely chopped coriander, coarse paste of garlic and green chillies and lemon juice to this mixture.

Sixth step- You have to fill this pickle in a dry and clean airtight container and keep it for a day so that all the spices mix well.

You can enjoy this spicy pickle of green coriander. This pickle can be served with roti, paratha or any other food item. Do not use wet hands or a wet spoon in this pickle, otherwise the pickle may spoil quickly.
