Parathas with potato and onion stuffing

If you want to make potato and onion parathas for 2 people, then you will need 2 cups of wheat flour, salt, water, one spoon of oil, 3-4 medium sized boiled potatoes, one finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 2 spoons of finely chopped coriander, half spoon grated ginger, half spoon red chilli powder, half spoon garam masala, lemon. Juice and dry mango powder will be required.

First step- First of all, you have to take wheat flour, a little salt and oil in a big vessel. Now you have to knead the dough well by adding water little by little.

Second step- Keep the soft dough covered for about 10 to 15 minutes. Mash the boiled potatoes.

Third step- You have to mix all the spices including finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander in mashed potatoes. Your stuffing is ready.

Fourth step- You have to make small balls of dough and then roll them. Fill the prepared stuffing in this ball.

Fifth step- Make a round shape by folding the dough from the edges and then slowly roll it in such a way that the stuffing does not come out.

Sixth step- Now you have to apply ghee or butter on both sides of this paratha and bake it till it turns golden.

Now you can enjoy hot potato-onion paratha. Potato and onion parathas can be served with curd or mango pickle or butter. You can try this recipe for breakfast or evening snacks. From kids to adults, everyone will fall in love with this recipe. Eating stuffed parathas fills the stomach quickly.
