- Semolina
- Milk
- Sugar
- Dry fruits
- Ghee
- cardamom powder
Recipe
To make Makhani Pudding, first of all, add a cup of warm milk in the semolina and cover it for 15 minutes.
Now add ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits in it. Fry these dry fruits till they turn golden brown.
After removing dry fruits, add sugar to the same ghee and cook until it turns brown.
When the sugar turns brown, add a cup of milk to it and mix all the things well.
Now add semolina and milk paste to it and cook till it turns golden brown.
Then add dry fruits to the halwa and cook it until the ghee is separated from it.
Then serve it hot and eat it.
