Ingredients to make Palak Patta Chaat
To make Palak Patta Chaat, you need 1 cup gram flour, one bunch of spinach, salt as per taste, water as per requirement, carom seeds 1/2 tsp, curd half cup, black salt as per taste, cumin a pinch, red chilli powder a pinch, onion 1 small finely chopped, tomato 2 tsp chopped, green chilli 1, tamarind chutney 1 tsp, mint chutney 1 tsp, boondi 1 tsp, pomegranate. 1 teaspoon sev, 2 teaspoons will be required.
Method to make Spinach Patta Chaat:

First of all, put gram flour in a big bowl and prepare the solution by adding salt, carom seeds and water to it. After this, add freshly cleaned spinach leaves to the gram flour solution. Now place the pan on the gas and add oil for frying. After this, mix spinach leaves with gram flour and coat it well.

Now add spinach leaves coated in gram flour in hot oil and fry until golden and crisp. Arrange the prepared crunchy spinach leaves in a plate and add black salt, cumin and red chili powder to it. After this, add curd on top and then add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.

Now sprinkle dry spices as per taste along with tamarind chutney and mint chutney. Your tasty Palak Patta Chaat is ready, garnish it with sev, boondi and pomegranate and serve it.
