Drumstick Paratha Recipe
Drumstick is considered a powerful medicine for health. From PM Modi to many Bollywood celebs, they include it in their diet. Drumstick is called Moringa, its pods, leaves and bark are used in everything. Drumstick is rich in vitamin B12, calcium and iron. There is a storehouse of nutrients in its leaves. You can make delicious parathas and eat them from drumstick leaves. Moringa i.e. drumstick parathas are very tasty to eat and eating them also provides complete nutrition to the body. Drumstick Paratha Recipe
First step- To make parathas, pluck fresh green drumstick leaves. After washing the leaves with water, chop them finely like fenugreek and spinach. Now add coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies, jaari, black pepper powder, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, mango powder. Now prepare the dough by mixing gram flour, wheat flour and salt in it.
Second step- Keep the dough covered for some time to set. Now take the dough and prepare round or layered parathas. Apply ghee and make parathas. You can make rotis out of it as per your wish. Bake the rotis on the pan without applying ghee. If you do not like parathas with chopped leaves, then grind drumstick leaves and make a paste. Make parathas by kneading dough in it. You can also make puris and eat them with this flour.
Third step-In winter, you must use drumstick leaves like this daily. Make sure to feed drumstick vegetable, bean soup or paratha made from drumstick leaves to children and elderly people. This will provide their body with adequate nutrition and strength. The body will get essential vitamins and immunity will be strengthened.
