As soon as winter arrives, various types of parathas are prepared and eaten in homes. Cabbage Parathas, Fenugreek Parathas, Spinach Parathas and Radish Parathas add flavor to the winter season. However, making stuffed parathas is not easy. Most people complain that cauliflower parathas tear while rolling. Especially cabbage parathas tend to burst while being made. But today we are telling you two special tricks by which cauliflower parathas will never burst. You can easily make big cauliflower parathas at home and eat them. Recipe for making Gobi Paratha

The way to make cauliflower paratha is that first of all you knead soft dough to make paratha. While kneading the dough, add some salt and 1 teaspoon oil. This will make the parathas very soft.

Now wash the cauliflower thoroughly and let the water dry. Grate the cabbage with a fine grater and put it in a cloth and squeeze it tightly. Now add finely chopped green chillies, green coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala to the cabbage. Take a ball from the dough and put 1-2 spoons of stuffing in it. Now expand the paratha slightly with your hands and then roll it gently with the help of a rolling pin. Also apply dry flour on the paratha, this will prevent the paratha from breaking at all.

Another way to make cauliflower paratha is to grate the cauliflower. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and cumin in it and then add cabbage and fry it lightly. Add whatever spices you want to the cabbage except salt. Add finely chopped coriander and green chillies. Now let the cauliflower cool down and then make parathas by adding salt and filling the stuffing in the dough ball. Light frying will make the cabbage a little soft. If you make cauliflower parathas in this way, they will never burst. You can bake any number of big parathas.
