First step- To make Paneer Bread Pakora, you will need paneer, bread and gram flour. To prepare the stuffing, take green coriander, green peas and green chillies. Now mash the paneer and add boiled green peas, finely chopped coriander, green chillies, salt and chaat masala.
Second step- Now prepare a slightly thick batter of gram flour in a bowl. The gram flour batter should be like that made for pakodas. Add salt and some ground red chilli in it. You can also add finely chopped coriander to it. Now take bread and fill the prepared cheese stuffing inside it. Press the bread well with both hands, dip it in the gram flour solution, put it in oil and bake.
