The ideal example of Bori Bu village

The first experiment of this initiative was successfully completed at Mauje Bori Bu in Junnar taluka. In the Shivar round drawn from the Gram Panchayat, Revenue System and the villagers, there were 5 roads already on the map and 69 newly fixed roads, fields, Shivaraste and Wahiwati roads were included. A total of 74 roads were approved in the Gram Sabha. Subsequently, a joint team of the Revenue and Land Records Department seized all these roads and recorded it on the map through the GIS system. Therefore, Bori Bu has become the first village to give the road to the GIS map by giving signals on the roads in the state.

Implementation of Revenue Week

The scheme, which was raised by the concept of state revenue minister Bawanakule, is being implemented under the guidance of District Collector Jitendra Dude. Tahsildar Dr. At a meeting of the Taluka Committee chaired by Sunil Shelke, it was decided to organize the Revenue Week (September 17 to October 2). In the first phase, ‘Panand Road Week’ will be implemented from September 17 to 22.

What will be reported?

In this process, all the roads that are on the villagers and actually existing will be recorded. It will include rural roads, boundary roads, footpaths, fields, roadways. It will be mandatory to fill out the details of the length of the road, the width, the beginning, the number of farmers, how many farmers use it.

The approval of the Gram Sabha is compulsory

The information collected will be kept in the Gram Sabha from September 17 and it will be mandatory to get the approval of the Gram Sabha. A decision will be given to the ‘Road Court’ in the presence of the road committee at the board level on the encroachment or closed roads.

Registration on a map by GIS system

Information will be provided to the Deputy Superintendent’s Land Records Office with the land-record number on the approved roads in the Gram Sabha. Thereafter, the GIS system will register with latitude-lines on the map. As a result, the village -wise sample 1 (f) will receive official and legal records on the roads.
