Hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd on Thursday (November 27) said it has signed a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, and a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

The company notified the stock exchanges that the Surat property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, while the Haridwar hotel will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport will offer 110 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas.

The property is situated near the Surat International Airport, located around 1.6 km away with a travel time of about 5 minutes, and around 16 km from Surat Railway Station, which is accessible in around 30 minutes.

Positioned within the city’s commercial hub, known for its textile and diamond industries, the hotel will cater to corporate travellers and leisure guests exploring the broader Gujarat region.

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, a fitness centre, a spa, a swimming pool and other public areas.

Located near Rajaji National Park in Shyampur, Haridwar, the property will serve both spiritual travellers and visitors seeking access to natural landscapes.

The Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is approximately 49 km from the hotel, while the Haridwar Railway Station is around 12 km away. The hotel is accessible through public and private road transport from major cities.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd ended at ₹154.40, up by ₹2.85, or 1.88%, on the BSE.
