Vivo S50 Launch: Recently released Weibo posts by Vivo have confirmed the design of the upcoming Vivo S50 and S50 Pro Mini. The teasers showcase the new look of both models and also give the first glimpse of the hardware included in the Pro Mini Edition. Apart from this, the brand has also publicly announced some of its major internal devices. Although Vivo has not officially announced the launch date, a broadcast Weibo post suggests that the series may be launched on December 15, raising the possibility of the entry of this lineup.
Display and RAM
The Vivo S50 is expected to feature a larger 6.59-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. The device was recently listed on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 8s Generation 3 chipset and up to 16GB of RAM. Vivo has already hinted that it will have LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Camera details and colors
Photography features may include a 50-megapixel front camera and a triple rear setup equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens. It will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and support 90W fast charging. It will be available in four colors, namely Black, White, Blue and Purple.
