Redmi 15C 5G Launch: Redmi 15C 5G is going to be launched in India in the first week of December and the company announced it today through a social media post. Dedicated microsites for this phone have also gone live on the online stores of Amazon and Xiaomi India. This confirms the availability of the handset on both the websites. Although the company has not yet revealed other information about the upcoming Redmi 15C 5G, its price in India, storage variant, and specifications have recently been leaked online. It is being told that it will come with MediaTek Dimension processor, up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Redmi 15C 5G launch date announced in India
The Xiaomi sub-brand has confirmed in a post on X that the Redmi 15C 5G will be launched in India on December 3. It has been confirmed that it will be available for sale in the country through Amazon and Xiaomi India online store. The company has informed that Redmi 15C 5G will have a dual rear camera unit inside a rectangular camera module. Although the specifications, features and price information have been kept secret for now, the company has revealed a timeline as to when more information will be made public.
The company will reveal the design of the phone on November 28, then the battery capacity and display features of Redmi 15C 5G will be revealed on November 29 and November 30 respectively. Later on December 1 and 2, the smartphone maker will announce the multitasking capabilities and core memory features of its upcoming phone which could be RAM and storage capacity or camera configuration.
Redmi 15C 5G price in India (expected)
Recently, the price and specifications of Redmi 15C 5G in India were revealed online. The price of this handset can be Rs 12,499 for the base variant with 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The price of 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage option is said to be Rs 13,999. Apart from this, the top-of-the-line 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model can be launched in India for Rs 14,999.
Specifications of Redmi 15C 5G (expected)
Talking about its specifications, the Redmi 15C 5G will reportedly have a 6.9-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It can be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 onboard storage. It will run on Android 15-based HyperOS 2 in India. It may have a 6000mAh battery.
