Ingredients for making masala tea
Cardamom
clove
black pepper
cinnamon
nutmeg
Fennel
dry ginger powder
Prepare masala like this at home
Chefs say that many people fry spices which causes their flavor to go away. Therefore, instead of frying the spices, roast them. Heat the spices until they dry out. After this add rose petals in it. Now grind these spices and finally add some dry ginger powder.
Make tea like this
step 1 – First of all boil 4 cups of water. When the water boils, add 4 spoons of tea leaves and 4 spoons of sugar in it.
Step 2 – When water boils, add 2 cups of milk in it. After adding milk, increase the flame.
Step 3 – When the tea boils, add 3/4 teaspoon of the last prepared masala. Let it boil for some more time and then turn off the gas.
Step 4 – Mutual masala tea is ready. Serve it.
