How to reuse sugar syrup
Put in semolina pudding- Filter the remaining syrup of Rasgulla thoroughly. Now to make semolina pudding, roast semolina. When it comes to adding sweet, dilute the syrup and add it. Take sugar syrup as per requirement and make syrup by adding equal or more water to it. Mix it in semolina pudding.
Sweet Puri i.e. Shakkar Pare- Another use of the syrup can be in making sweet puri, pua or shakkar pare. Lightly dilute the syrup and mix it with flour to make sweet puri. Syrup can also be added to the pua solution. If you want, you can make pale puas and dip them in this syrup and eat them.
Prepare sweets from syrup- The remaining syrup of Gulab Jamun can be used to make many types of sweets. You can make things like gram flour barfi, gujiya, balushahi, laddu, halwa with it.
Make boora from syrup- If there is too much syrup left and you want to use it for a long time, you can make Bura from it. To make boora from sugar syrup, boil it again and then let it brew. When the syrup dries and becomes like powder, cool it and fill it in a box. Now use sugar instead of sugar.
Add it to tea and sherbet- If you are fond of drinking tea then you can use the remaining syrup in tea or sherbet. This will improve the taste and the hassle of dissolving sugar in the sherbet will also be eliminated.
