How to make carrot, beetroot, amla juice in mixer
Drinking juice is beneficial for health, but only fresh fruit and vegetable juice is beneficial for the body. The juices available in the market are just sugar drinks which contain nothing except sugar, color and flavour. In winter, you can include vegetable juice in your diet. For this, you do not need to go to the market and buy juice from the juice seller and drink it. You can extract juice in a mixer at home. Carrot, beetroot and amla juice gets extracted easily in the mixer. By drinking this juice daily for 2 months, your body will get all the necessary nutrition and your face will get a different glow. Carrot, beetroot and amla juice
First step- You have to take things according to 2 glasses of juice. For this, take 4 medium sized carrots, 1 medium beetroot, 2 Amla and 1 inch piece of ginger. Wash everything thoroughly, remove the peel and cut it into fine pieces.
Second step- Now to make juice, take a small jar of mixer and put all the ingredients in it, add 1 cup of water and grind it into a fine paste. The finer you grind it, the more juice will come out.
Third step- Take a cotton muslin cloth through which the juice can be easily filtered. If you don’t have cloth, you can use a filter. But to extract the juice completely, cloth is best. You can also take any other very thin lining cloth.
Fourth step- Now pour the entire mixture on the cloth and tighten it to extract the juice. You have to squeeze it very tight so that all the juice comes out easily. If you feel that you should grind it one more time and make juice, then put the juiced mixture again in the mixer and add half a cup of water and grind it once again.
Fifth step-Now again put the mixture in the same cloth and squeeze out the juice. You will see that all the juice has gone out and only 2-3 teaspoons of fiber is left. Throw it away or mix it with flour and make roti. This is the fiber of carrot, beetroot and amla.
To enhance the taste of the juice, you can also add 1 pinch of black pepper powder and some black salt to it. However, drinking juice without salt is more beneficial. You should drink 1 glass of this juice daily.
