Constant exposure to screens affects emotional balance. This is the reason why today’s youth is struggling with lack of knowledge, quick anger and mental fatigue. Too much screen time is draining artistic power. The habit of long-term goals and discipline is weakening among the youth. Due to like, comment and share, temporary satisfaction is being created in the subconscious mind of the youth. Due to which emptiness is being born in their mind. To fill this, the youth cannot sit idle even for a moment and all this is hindering their development.

Do this work for mental peace

  • do meditationFor mental peace, sit comfortably in a quiet place. Close your eyes and take deep breaths. Practice this meditation daily for 5 to 10 minutes. This practice gives instant mental peace and removes the stress of social media.

  • Take a silent break: Just remain silent for 15 to 20 minutes a day. Keep the mobile away from yourself. Focus on the sounds around you. Observe whatever is happening around. During this time, do not react in any way to whatever is happening, just remain silent. Doing this reduces mental fatigue.
