Methi Laddu Recipe

In winter, mother and grandmother definitely make laddus. In winter, many types of laddus are made by adding gum, dry ginger and dry fruits. But fenugreek laddus are most beneficial in this season. You can easily make tasty laddu by adding all these things in fenugreek laddu. If you make fenugreek laddus in this way, they will not taste bitter at all. In winter, eating 1 laddu with milk every morning or evening will bring life to the body. This will provide ample strength and joint pain will also disappear. Quickly note down this easy recipe of fenugreek laddu.

Fenugreek and dry fruits laddu recipe

First step- To make laddus, add 4 spoons of desi ghee in a pan. Add 1 bowl of gum in it and fry it well. Now add almonds, cashews, pistachios and walnuts to the same ghee and fry them lightly. Add 1 big bowl of makhana in the remaining ghee and fry it. Coarsely crush the roasted gum and all the dry fruits.

Second step- Now add 2 more spoons of desi ghee in the pan. Add grated dry coconut, poppy seeds, raisins and dry ginger and fry lightly. Put 1 bowl of fenugreek seeds in a mixer and grind them finely. Take it out in a bowl and then add milk and make a thin paste of fenugreek. Leave it like this till it swells i.e. for about 1-2 hours.

third Step-Put 4 spoons of desi ghee in the pan and add soaked fenugreek powder in it and fry it. When fenugreek gets lightly roasted, take it out and again add 5-6 spoons of ghee and fry 1 big bowl of wheat flour. Mix all the things in a big plate.

fourth Step-Add 2-3 spoons of ghee in the pan and then fill a big bowl in it and add jaggery. Cook the jaggery on low flame till it dissolves and do not add water. Now add the remaining jaggery to the flour and fenugreek mixture. Mix all the ingredients well and prepare laddus. Delicious methi laddus are ready. You must make and eat these laddus in winter.
