Do you also observe fast during Navratri? If yes, then you can make peanuts and khichdi. To make it, you will neither need more fancy material nor will it take much time. To make sago khichdi, you will need half cup sago, a boiled and chopped potatoes, half cup peanuts, a large spoon oil or ghee, half small spoon cumin, 2 finely chopped green chillies, salt, a small spoon sugar, finely chopped coriander and half lemon.

First step- First of all, remove the sago 2 to 4 times and wash it thoroughly. Now you have to soak the washed sago in water for about 2-6 hours.

Second step- After this, you have to heat the oil in a pan and add peanuts to it. Fry the peanuts on the medium-lo flame.

Third step- Now let the crispy peanut cool down and then grind half the peanuts coarsely.

Fourth step- After this, heat the oil in the pan and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds are clicked, then add finely chopped green chillies and then fry the boiled-cut potatoes on light flame.

Fifth step- After the potato is golden, add the soaked sago in it. Now you have to mix salt and green coriander in it.

Sixth step- Cook the sago khichdi on a medium-high flame for about 2-4 minutes. Finally, add crushed and whole peanuts in this khichdi.

Seventh step- If you want, you can also add a little sugar to this khichdi. To increase the test of peanut-wet khichdi, turn off the gas by mixing a little black pepper and lemon juice in it.

You can enjoy its test by serving peanut-soaked khichdi. By eating this khichdi during the fast, your stomach will be able to feel full for a long time and you will also be able to feel energetic.
