Potato Stuffed Mirchi Pakodas

Ingredients for Chilli Pakoda:
Thick green chillies – 250 grams, boiled potatoes – 4, gram flour – 1 cup, onion – 2 tbsp, green chillies – 2, coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp, garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp, baking soda – 1 pinch, roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp spoon, chaat masala – 1/2 tsp, mango powder – 1/2 tsp, salt as per taste
How to make potato filled chilli pakodas

To make potato filled chilli pakodas, first take 250 grams thick green chillies. Wash them with water and clean them thoroughly.

Now make an incision on one side of all the green chillies and completely remove the seeds inside.

Now take four boiled potatoes and add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, 1 pinch of roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, mango powder and salt as per taste and mix well.

Now, put the potato stuffing inside all the chillies. Keep in mind that the stuffing should not come out. Now make gram flour batter.

Add salt, red chilli powder to the gram flour solution and mix. Now wrap the chillies in the gram flour batter and fry well in oil until it turns brown.
