Cabbage season is in winter. Cabbage bhujiya is made in most of the houses. Dry vegetable of aloo gobi tastes good with puri and paratha. But have you ever eaten the juicy vegetable of potato and cabbage? Potato-cabbage curry is prepared at many places in Madhya Pradesh. People eat the juicy potato and cabbage vegetable with great enthusiasm during weddings and functions. The taste of potato and cabbage gravy vegetable tastes like jackfruit. You should definitely cook and eat this vegetable once. You can also eat it with roti, paratha, puri or rice. Take a quick note of the recipe for the juicy dish of Aloo Gobi.

Aloo Gobi Juicy Vegetable Recipe

First step- For a juicy potato and cabbage dish, cut both the ingredients together and chop them coarsely. If you want, you can boil the cabbage lightly. Due to this, if there is a worm in the cabbage, it will die and will come out. Add 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and when it gets hot, add chopped potatoes and cabbage and fry for a while. This greatly enhances the taste of the vegetable.

Second step- Make masala for the vegetable. For this, finely chop 1 big onion. Make a paste of some ginger and garlic. Grind 2 big tomatoes in a mixer. Roughly chop 1-2 green chillies and finely chop the green coriander. Now add oil to the pan for cooking vegetables and let it heat. Add cumin, asafoetida, 2 cloves, 4 black peppers, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece cinnamon and 1 large cardamom in oil. Now add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry.

Third step- When the onion is roasted, add ground dry spices like coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric and salt to it. Add crushed tomatoes and cook the masala well on medium flame. When the masala leaves the oil, add fried potatoes and cabbage and cook in the masala for 5 minutes. When it melts a little, add water as per your requirement. Now cook the aloo gobi on medium flame until it gets cooked.

Fourth step- Juicy potato and cabbage vegetable is ready. Sprinkle finely chopped green coriander on top and serve. Potato-cabbage gravy vegetable looks very tasty. If you prepare vegetables like this once then you will eat them again like this. You can prepare this vegetable and serve it when guests come to your house.
