Keep in mind not to add too much water in jaggery because pua becomes hard like puri.
Second step- Now take some white sesame seeds to add to the pua and fry them for some time in a pan. If you wish, mix the sesame seeds as is or grind them lightly. Third step- Now add jaggery solution little by little to the millet flour and knead a soft dough. You have to prepare puri like dough by kneading it. Take care not to make the dough too thin. Leave the pua dough to set for 5 minutes. After this, break the dough into pieces equal to the size of a roti and flatten the pua with your palm. Pua has to be made in round tikki like shape. But keep in mind that it should not be too thick from the middle.
Fourth step- Now heat oil or ghee in a pan. Slowly add 2-3 Pua in it and cook on medium flame till it turns brown. Bake all the puas in the same manner and keep taking them out. While baking pua, one has to keep in mind the gas. If you cook on high gas then the food will appear raw from inside. If baked on very low flame, the pua will become very hard.
