Along with the Arattai instant messaging app of the local company Zoho Group, Zoho Mail is also becoming very popular among the users. Recently Home Minister Amit Shah has created his account in Zoho Mail. If you have also created your account in local Zoho Mail and want all the e-mails coming on Gmail to be received on Zoho Mail, then it is quite easy. You just have to do a little setting, after which all the e-mails coming to Gmail will come to Zoho Mail.
What is the method?
To get your incoming emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail, you first need to go to Gmail and turn on the email forwarding settings. After this, you will start receiving all the incoming e-mails coming to Gmail on Zoho Mail. This works just like the call forwarding settings on your phone. Come, let us know the complete process…
- First of all, log in to your Gmail account.
- After this go to Settings and click or tap on the option See All Settings.
- Then you have to go to the tab Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
- Here you have to go to the Forwarding option given at the top and type the ID of Zoho Mail.
- After this, a test e-mail link will be sent from Gmail to your Zoho Mail for confirmation.
- The email forwarding option will be enabled as soon as you click on the confirmation link in the email sent to Zoho Mail.
- In this way, all the e-mails coming to your Gmail will start appearing on Zoho Mail.
Keep these things in mind
As soon as you go to the forwarding option for Gmail e-mail, you will be asked whether you want your forwarded e-mail in Gmail also or not? If you want that mail in Gmail also, then you will have to click on the option Keep Gmail’s copy in Inbox. Apart from this, you will get the option of Mark Gmail’s copy as read, archive Gmail’s copy and Delete Gmail’s copy. You can choose these options as per your choice.
