Easy tips to clean the pan
Tawa is one of those kitchen utensils which is used the most. Tawa is used in making all types of dishes including roti, paratha, cheela, dosa. Due to continuous use, the pan gets clogged with grease, soot and stubborn stains. In such a situation, it is very important to clean it from time to time. People try various measures to clean them, but do not get the desired results. Sometimes the dirt even sticks to rotis and parathas. In such a situation, you can remove the grease from the pan by adopting some home remedies. Baking Soda and Vinegar
For this, heat the pan lightly. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda on the hot pan and then pour 1/4 cup of white vinegar over it. The mixture will foam up and the dirt will begin to soften. Leave it like this for 5-10 minutes. Now rub with the help of a scrubber or cloth. Wash with warm water. The pan will shine like new.
lemon and salt
Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of salt on the pan. Cut a lemon in half and place the cut portion on salt and rub it vigorously. Lemon juice and salt together will remove the dirt. Wash and clean with water after 5 minutes.
detergent and hot water
You can also use detergent and hot water to remove the stickiness of the pan. For this, pour 1-2 cups of water in the pan and heat it on high flame. When the water starts boiling, add 1 teaspoon of dishwashing detergent (liquid or powder). Let it boil for 5 minutes, then remove the dirt by rubbing it lightly with a cloth in hot water. Throw away the water and wash the pan with clean water.

You can also clean the pan with the help of potatoes and salt. For this, sprinkle some salt on the pan. Cut a potato in half and place the cut portion on salt and rub it vigorously. Oxalic acid present in potatoes helps in cutting rust. After this wash with clean water.
