How to make Amla curry- First of all you have to boil Amla in a vessel. The gooseberries will boil in about 15 to 20 minutes. Amla has to be boiled on medium flame and when it starts bursting lightly, then you can turn off the gas. When the gooseberries cool down, you have to separate them. Now turn on the gas and roast fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin and fennel in a pan and grind these spices in a mixer.
The method of making is very easy- Now add oil to the pan and fry asafoetida and chopped green chillies in hot oil and then add ground spices to it. When this mixture is roasted, then you have to add gooseberries in it. Mix everything well. After this, mix turmeric powder, coriander powder and vegetable spices and fry them. Cover the pan for about 2-4 minutes. Finally add salt to the vegetable and cover the pan again for a few minutes.
Along with nutrition, taste also- After opening the lid of the pan, you have to stir and cook the Amla vegetable for 2-4 minutes and then turn off the gas.
