Users are getting troubled by the problem of green line in Samsung phones. Many users on social media claim that after updating the phone, they are facing the problem of green line in the display. After going to the service center, they are not being listened to and are being charged for replacing the display. Many users have reported this problem in Samsung phones on social media platforms. However, this is not the first case when users have faced this problem in Samsung phones. Samsung had also run a free screen replacement campaign for this.
Users got upset
On social media platform The user has claimed in his post that after updating the phone, 8 to 9 green lines appeared on its display. After this, the cost of this problem at Samsung Service Center in Agra is said to be Rs 21,000 to Rs 25,000.
At the same time, another user posted on The user claims that the phone is not under warranty since it is three years old, due to which they are being charged. At the same time, another user has asked to change the display for Rs 11,000 for this problem.
Another user has claimed that his Samsung phone, which is just 2 months old, has developed a problem and its touchscreen is not working. Because of this I had to visit the service center twice. It is repeatedly asked to update the software, but this problem does not go away.
Samsung had run a free screen replacement campaign regarding the green line problem, which ended in September 2025. During this time, the company was offering free screen replacement for some of its selected models. Although, in the screen replacement program, no charge was being taken from the users for the hardware, but the user had to pay the repairing cost on getting the screen replaced.
At present, no statement has been issued by Samsung in this matter. Many users on social media platforms have also complained about the problem faced by the company’s phones and the behavior at the service center.
