Poco M8 Features: Poco M8 is going to be launched this month on January 8 and the countdown to its launch date has started. Now before the launch of this phone, its microsite has gone live on Flipkart and many of its features are being known from here. The upcoming Poco M8 5G will be launched in India on January 8. The launch event will take place at 12:00 noon Indian time and the handset is going to be available for sale via Flipkart.
The phone will have a 6.77 inch 3D curved display
It is known from the Flipkart microsite that the Poco M8 phone will have a 6.77 inch 3D curved display and will support 3200 nits peak brightness and 120Hz refresh rate. The company claims that it is going to be the most durable phone with 3D curved display in the segment.
Poco M8 handset will weigh around 178 grams
Xiaomi’s sub-brand has confirmed that the thickness of the upcoming Poco M8 5G will be 7.35mm. The company said that the weight of the handset will be around 178 grams. The tech firm claims that the Poco M8 5G will be the “thinnest and lightest” smartphone in its segment. Apart from this, Poco has also shown a glimpse of the design of its soon to be launched handset. The phone has a curved frame which is made of metal. The rear panel may be textured, with a slightly raised camera module.
Poco M8 camera and battery
Poco M8 5G will have a 50-megapixel AI camera on the back. It is going to have triple rear camera setup with LED flash. It has a square-shaped camera module located in the middle which houses two camera sensors and an LED flash. It can operate on Snapdragon 6 Generation 3 chipset, along with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It has a 5520mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging and 18W reverse charging. Poco has recently released posters, revealing the design of the smartphone.
