Makhana Chaat Recipe
First step- To make chaat, take a bowl makhana and roast them until crispy in 1 teaspoon of ghee.
Second step- Grind coriander leaves, pimples, 2 bud garlic and 2 green chillies, salt and some water in the grinder. Now add 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan and add the prepared chutney to it and fry it lightly.
Third step- Now put the makhana in the chutney and keep it until the dry hone and keep the sauce on the makhana until the entire coating looks well. Now you can eat these makhans in an airtight container and eat it like this.
Fourth step- If you want, you can also make chaat from this mint coriander makhana. To make chaat, 1 tomato finely chopped, half cup cucumber, slightly chopped onion, half cup of roasted peanuts, some pomegranate seeds, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, salt, a little lemon juice and mix them well.
Fifth step- Eat this chaat immediately and eat it immediately because the Makhane will be sealed and that crispine will not be left in the chaat. Now serve the chaat by adding some potato bhujia or gram flour. This green makhana chaat is a healthy option to eat breakfast or evening snacks.
