Cashew Katli recipe

So today we will tell you about how to make cashew katli at home. To make cashew katli, you will neither need more fancy material nor take much time. To make this dessert, 200 grams of cashew nuts, 100 grams of sugar, 1/4 cup water and silver work will be required.
First step- First dry the cashew well and then grind them and prepare the powder.
Second step- Now take out half cup sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a pan and then let this mixture cook on low flame.
Third step- When your syrup is made, then you can add cashew powder to it and mix well.
Fourth step- You have to keep running this mixture continuously or else it can burn. When these mixtures start separating from the edges of the pan, then you understand that the mixture of cashew katli is cooked well.
Fifth step- After this you have to let this paste cool down. After a while, you knead this paste with light hands.
Sixth step- Now apply ghee on a tray and then spread this paste of cashew katli well on the tray. After this, cut the mixture into a shape of diamond.
Seventh step- Finally, you can apply silver work over cashew nuts. Your cashew katli is ready to serve.
